The Simpsons Apu Mother

When are Homer Simpson and his gang of buddies going from Springfield and your favorite primetime network series, The Simpsons? It’s hard to even imagine this popular humor can be canceled anytime soon. The Simpsons have become among the longest-running primetime shows in America. There are a number of reasons why the long-running sitcom has lasted for over 20 years. For starters, people have always been watching this series because it’s amusing, entertaining and most importantly, The Simpsons has a bunch of great celebrities among its core cast.

Homer is the main protagonist of the show. He is the Homer Simpson that people love to hate. Homer is continually getting into trouble and that he just does not know how to make things right again. One of his friends, Selma, tries to help him out but Homer just does not want to listen. He doesn’t really need to apologize for his behavior but Selma just wants to get things back to normal and work things out.

Selma is just another of the characters that make the television series, The Simpsons, very unique. She’s the woman Homer admires and she’s also the wife of Homer. Selma also appears to be Homer’s best friend.

The third principal part of The Simpsons is Homer’s officemate, Selma. Selma is a valuable part of Homer’s life since she’s the reason that he decided to quit his job in the first place, after having a fight with a co-worker over something she did. Eventually, Homer comes to realize that Selma should step in and become a better friend to Homer.

The relationships which are featured in the television show The Simpsons are especially well done considering that the Simpson family has such dysfunctional interpersonal dynamics. It can be found throughout the show that Homer is continually trying to win over his own female family members but with Selma being the mother figure in the family she always ends up having to put in the job to get this done.

The most obvious relationship that features in the TV show The Simpsons is that between Homer and Marge. Homer starts off working with Marge on a case and the two become fast friends. Nevertheless, in an episode entitled Treehouse of horror’s Homer becomes bitter and starts to refuse Marge in every way.

Marge was Homer’s best friend when he was a kid and she has been by his side ever since. In the first season episode, Bart Simpson went on a treasure quest with Marge but when they got lost Marge asked Homer for assistance and he went to search for her in the state of Alaska where Marge stated that she was seeing Bart all of this time. This caused Homer to get depressed and he proceeded to punch a hole in the automobile of Marge’s best friend, Mrs. Patty. At the seventh season episode Homer fell from a tree and suffered severe spinal injuries but thanks to the efforts of a local girl who watched Homer at the hospital, Homer was able to walk again.

The most popular supporting character in the television shows The Simpsons is none other than Homer Simpson himself.

He has become one of the most popular characters on the series with children and adults alike. Many people have mentioned how great it is to watch The Simpsons because they allow you to feel what it’s like to be a child again and relive some of the classic childhood memories. The Simpsons have had many special guest stars over the years including celebrities that have appeared on the screen before like Dan Aykroyd, John Belushi, and Steve Martin.
