The Simpsons In Too Deep

When are Homer Simpson and his group of buddies going from Springfield and your favorite primetime network series, The Simpsons? It’s hard to imagine this popular comedy can be canceled anytime soon. The Simpsons have become one of the longest-running primetime shows in America. There are a number of reasons why the long-running sitcom has lasted for more than 20 years. For starters, most people have been watching this series because it’s amusing, entertaining and most importantly, The Simpsons has a lot of great celebrities among its core cast.

Homer is the main protagonist of the show. He is the Homer Simpson that people love to hate. Homer is continually getting into trouble and he just does not know how to make things right again. One of his buddies, Selma, tries to help him out but Homer simply does not want to listen. He doesn’t really need to apologize for his behavior but Selma just wants to get things back to normal and work things out.

Selma is just another of the characters that produce the television series, The Simpsons, very special. She is the woman Homer admires and she’s also the wife of Homer. Selma also appears to be Homer’s best friend.

The third principal character of The Simpsons is Homer’s officemate, Selma. She is the wife of Homer and the mother of his three children, Bart, Lisa, and Marge. Selma is a valuable part of Homer’s life since she is the reason he decided to quit his job in the first place, after having a fight with a co-worker over something she did. Eventually, Homer comes to realize Selma should step in and become a better friend to Homer.

The relationships which are featured in the television series The Simpsons are especially well done considering that the Simpson family has such dysfunctional societal dynamics. It can be found throughout the series that Homer is continually trying to win over his own female family members but with Selma being the mother figure in the family she always ends up having to put in the job to get this done.

The most obvious relationship that features from the TV series The Simpsons is that between Homer and Marge. Homer begins working with Marge on a situation and the two become fast friends. Nevertheless, in an episode entitled Treehouse of horror’s Homer becomes bitter and begins to refuse Marge in every way.

Marge was Homer’s best friend when he was a kid and she has been by his side ever since. In the first season episode, Bart Simpson went on a treasure quest with Marge but when they got lost Marge asked Homer for assistance and he went to search for her in the state of Alaska where Marge stated that she had been seeing Bart all of this time. This caused Homer to get depressed and he proceeded to punch a hole in the car of Marge’s best friend, Mrs. Patty. At the seventh season episode Homer fell from a tree and suffered severe spinal injuries but thanks to the efforts of a local woman who saw Homer in the hospital, Homer was able to walk again.

The most popular supporting character in the television shows The Simpsons is none other than Homer Simpson himself.

He’s become one of the most popular characters on the series with children and adults alike. A lot of people have mentioned how good it is to watch The Simpsons because they allow you to feel what it is like to be a child again and relive some of the traditional childhood memories. The Simpsons also have had several special guest stars over the years including celebrities who have appeared on the screen before like Dan Aykroyd, John Belushi, and Steve Martin.
