When are Homer Simpson and his gang of friends going from Springfield and your favorite primetime network series, The Simpsons? It’s tough to even imagine this popular comedy can be canceled anytime soon. The Simpsons have become among the longest-running primetime shows in America. There are many reasons why the long-running sitcom has lasted for over 20 years. Nevertheless, in an episode entitled Treehouse of horror’s Homer becomes bitter and starts to refuse Marge in every way. In the seventh season episode, Bart Simpson ends up going on a mission with some of his friends and ends up burning his friend, Marge, to death.
Marge was Homer’s best friend when he was a kid and she has been by his side ever since. In the first season episode, Bart Simpson went on a treasure quest with Marge but when they got lost Marge asked Homer for assistance and he went to search for her in the state of Alaska where Marge stated that she was seeing Bart all of this time. This induced Homer to get sad and he proceeded to punch a hole at the car of Marge’s best friend, Mrs. Patty. In the seventh season episode Homer fell from a tree and suffered severe spinal injuries but due to the efforts of a local girl who saw Homer at the hospital, Homer was able to walk again.
